# Rayon for mobile

Accessing your work from any device, smartphone or tablet

In Rayon, your work follows you wherever you go. **Open your models from your smartphone or tablet** to review a plan on site, check a dimension during a client meeting, or simply catch up on your team's progress. This page introduces the basics of working with Rayon on mobile.

On smartphones and tablets, Rayon works in **read-only mode**: you can browse through your models and take measurements, while drawing and editing remain available on desktop.

### The project manager on mobile

Once logged in, you land in the **project manager**, just like on desktop. Everything is organized the same way: your **workspaces**, and the **models** they contain.

* Browse your **workspaces** to find the project you're looking for.
* Tap any **model** to open it.

### Inside a model

Once you open a model, **your drawing fills the screen**. Use your fingers to move around your plan:

* **Pinch** to zoom in and out.
* **Drag** to pan across the canvas.

### Your tools on mobile

The mobile experience is built for **reviewing your work on the go**. The toolbar gives you access to the essential tools you need away from your desk.

### Taking measurements

Need to check a dimension on site? Select the **`Measure`** tool, then **tap a start point and an end point** on your plan. Rayon instantly displays the distance between them.
