How to create a portfolio in a click

This is feature is in Beta; that means it is fully accessible and useable, but might evolve in the future.

Our portfolio app is both a free PDF portfolio viewer that transforms any PDF into an elegant, shareable flipbook, and a public gallery, to showcase our users work. A ideal platform for interior designers, architects, students, etc who want to broadcast their work in a beautiful, interactive format.

Creating a portfolio

To create a new portfolio, head to this page, and follow the steps below...

Upload your PDF

• Click to upload: Or click the upload zone to browse files

• File size limit: Maximum 20 MB per PDF

• Instant cloud storage: Files are automatically saved to the cloud

Create an account to save your portfolio

You will have to create an account to be able to save your portfolio, and share it with others. Clicking on "Create an account" will redirect you to the signup page.

Browse through your portfolio

Now that your portfolio is saved...

• You have access to a public link to share it with others.

• At the same time, your portfolio is added to Rayon's public portfolio gallery. People can now see your work, like it, and reshare it, giving you more visibility. More about the gallery below.

While in the viewer, multiple things can be done...

• Browsing through your work:

  • Realistic page flipping: Animated page turns with shadow effects

  • Keyboard navigation: Use left/right arrow keys to navigate

  • Click navigation: Use chevron buttons on each side to navigate between pages

  • Zoom mode: Click on any page to zoom in. Click exit to exit zoom mode

  • Adaptive Sizing: Automatically adjusts to screen size and PDF aspect ratio

• Checking your stats and likes: Open the stats page to know how much attention your work is really getting.

• Sharing your work: clicking on the link icon will copy a unique shareable URL address, that you can then reshare with anyone.

• Deleting your work: a delete icon allows to remove your work from our platform at any point.

The gallery

At any point you can visit the gallery. The portfolio gallery gathers the work uploaded to our platform, with a light curation made by our team. If you uploaded your portfolio to the app, there is good chance that if will appear here.

Why the gallery? A lot of our users want to reach a wider audience, find an employers or simply broadcast their last project. The gallery is here precisely for that. Portfolio can be viewed, liked and reshared, to give portfolio owners more visibility.

To manage and curate your portfolios, the app offers an admin page, from which you can...

• Inspect you current portfolios (likes and views)

• Delete your work
