All About Working As An Organization 💻

Rayon is great for organizations and teams to collaborate. Here is how to set up your organization workspace and make sure everyone has appropriate access 🙌

Setting Up An Organization

• During the sign-in process choose the Create Organization button

• Insert your organization's name, and establish who can join the organization:

  • People need to be invited to join (to create a private workspace)

  • Anyone with the organization's email address can join (to create a public workspace)

• The organization's size and sector

• Your organization workspace has been created! You can find more info about your workspace right here 👈

Creating An Organization Block Library

• You might want to share specific block components across your team. Creating a block library will grant everyone in your organization access to use the blocks in their models.

• To make a block library, start by creating a new model by clicking on the + New button

• Once in the model, click on the Block button to import ready-made blocks from the Rayon repository, or create your custom blocks. You can find more info about how to do that right here.

• Now, click the Share button and switch to the Publish Library tab. Once you enable the share button, the library will be available to everyone in your organization!
